On 07/20/26 Officers made contact with Millicent G. Rice, 52 years old of Sandwich, Illinois in the 200 block of S. Main St. While in contact with Rice she was placed under arrest as a result of investigation that began on 07/12/26. Rice was charged with Mob Action (Class 4 Felony), and two counts of Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor). Rice was processed and transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
