- Israel Chico-Jara
On 10/06/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 500-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver did not possess a valid driver’s license. Chico-Jara was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
- Michael Lippert
On 10/05/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. 2750th Rd. and Holiday Dr, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Michael Lippert, 23 years old of Somonauk, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Cannabis, not contained within a lawful sealed container, was also located inside of the vehicle. Lippert was cited for Driving While License Suspended and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.

- Mario Sanchez-Espinoza
On 10/03/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 900-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Mario Sanchez-Espinoza, 39 years old of Plano, Illinois, was under the influence. Sanchez-Espinoza was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. During a search of the vehicle a white powdery substance was located and subsequently tested positive for the presence of Cocaine. Sanchez-Espinoza was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and felony Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.

- Avante T. Starnes
On 09/29/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Griswold Spring Rd. and Kees Ln, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined the driver, Avante T. Starnes, 26 years old of Chicago, Illinois, possessed a valid failure to appear warrant for Driving While License Suspended. Starnes was later released on a Notice to Appear at a future DuPage County court date in Wheaton, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
- Anton Council
On 09/27/26 Officers made contact with Anton Council, 47 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, in the 400-block of N. Eddy St, Sandwich. It was known to Officers that Council possessed a valid failure to appear warrant for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Anton was transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore for housing.

- Ramiro Llanos Jr.
On 09/28/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. 29th Rd. and N. 4650th Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Ramiro Llanos Jr, 32 years old of Somonauk, Illinois, was under the influence. Llanos was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Llanos was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over .08 and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.

- Volodymyr Zosimenko
On 09/23/26 Officers responded to a single vehicle crash in the area of Fairwind Blvd. and W. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Volodymyr Zosimenko, 42 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. Zosimenko was placed under arrest and cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While License Suspended. He was later released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.

- Geovanni Chacon
On 09/13/26 Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1300-block of W. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was found that a Domestic Battery had occurred with enhanced circumstances. Chacon was placed under arrest and charged with two (2) counts of felony Aggravated Domestic Battery. He was transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.

- Brandon Cline
On 09/12/26 Officers made contact with Brandon Cline, 41 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, in the 700-block of N. Latham St, Sandwich. Cline was placed under arrest and charged with two (2) counts of felony Aggravated Battery relating to an ongoing SPD investigation. Cline was processed and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.

- Aidan Mitchell
On 09/12/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 100-block of Indian Springs Drive, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Aidan Mitchell, 19 years old of Somonauk, Illinois, was under the influence. Mitchell was placed under arrest and cited for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. He was later released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.

On 09/11/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Alexis S. Ortiz-Isidro, 35 years old of Michigan, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Ortiz-Isidro was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.

On 09/07/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. Church St. / S. Latham St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Marissa James, 24 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. James was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.

- Nico C. Circelli
On 09/06/26 Officers conducted responded to the 3300 block of E. Drew Ave. for a report of a Domestic Disturbance. Upon further investigation it was determined that Nico C. Circelli, 27 years old of Plainfield, Illinois, had prevented the other party from dialing 911 by taken their phone away. Circelli was placed under arrest for Unlawful Interference with Reporting of Domestic Violence. Circelli was transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing and later transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.

- Jordan R. Weeks
On 09/03/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Jordan R. Weeks, 35 years old of Yorkville, Illinois, was under the influence. Weeks was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Weeks was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and charged with Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. Weeks was released with a Notice to Appear at a future LaSalle County court date in Ottawa, Illinois.

On 08/30/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 1000-blk of E. Church St. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Joseph Way Jr, 45 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a driver’s license. Way was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.

On 08/30/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. Main St. / S. County Line Rd. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Justin Mikel, 35 years old of Plano, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Mikel was cited for Driving While License Revoked and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.

On 08/20/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. Church St. / Duvick Ave, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Anastacio Gonzalez, 84 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Gonzalez was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
