On 07/20/26 Officers made contact with Adam Kapys, 49 years old of Sandwich, Illinois in the 200 block of S. Main St. Officer were aware that Kapys had a Failure to Appear warrant out of Lee County related to Petition to Revoke Probation. Kapys was unable to post bond and was transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
