On 02/24/24 Officers responded to a driving complaint in the area of E. Church St and Indian Springs Dr, Sandwich. After further investigation it was suspected that the driver of the suspect vehicle, Eileen K. Perez, 38 years old of Yorkville, Illinois, was under the influence. Eileen was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Eileen was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or a Combination of Drugs and given a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
