On 10/19/25 Officers responded to a call for service in the 800-block of E. 6th St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that a Battery had taken place. Stanley Gareski IV was charged with misdemeanor Battery and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
