It’s been a busy weekend connecting with our community!

We kicked things off at Fox Valley Community Services with another spirited game of chair volleyball. It’s always great spending time with our friends there. We also stopped by the Sandwich Fire Department’s Easter Egg Hunt, where it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve the citizens of Sandwich!

🚧Heads up travelers. Replacement of the Pratt Road bridge located between Somonauk Road and West Sandwich Road has an anticipated start date of March 30th. Plan on an alternate route for the duration of the project. 🚧

✅Let's have a solicitor refresher.

• All solicitors MUST fill out an application at City Hall. Part of this application process will include a background check by the Sandwich Police Department.

• All approved solicitors will be issued a name badge that MUST be worn at all times while soliciting.

• All approved solicitors will be posted on our social media outlets. We include the name of the business, name of each approved individual solicitor, and dates that the solicitors are approved to operate.

• Currently THERE ARE NO APPROVED SOLICITORS. If you see individuals soliciting in your neighborhood please contact our non-emergency number at (815) 786-8735. We will be happy to solicit the solicitors and educate them on our process.
