On 06/25/25 Officers attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of South County Line Rd and Gletty Rd, Sandwich. The vehicle fled from Officers at which time the Officers at which time Officers terminated their attempts to stop the vehicle. After further investigation, the vehicle and offender were located in the 600-block of LaSalle Dr, Somonauk (Lake Holiday). Eric Miller, 43 years old of Somonauk, Illinois, was charged with Aggravated Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Peace Officer and issued a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
