On 12/09/23 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 900-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. After further investigation it was suspected that the driver was driving under the influence. Michael S. Bondi, 30 of Earlville, Illinois, was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Bondi was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future court date at the DeKalb County court house in Sycamore, Illinois.
