On 05/01/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Rt. 34 and Kinsel St, Plano. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Maresa Felipe-Hernandez, 39 years old of Aurora, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Felipe-Hernandez was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
