On 06/09/25 Officers were dispatched to a check status call in the 900-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Michael Jendrzejczyk, 35 years old of Carol Stream, Illinois, was under the influence. During the course of investigation several items of suspected drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. Jendrzejczyk was placed under arrest for DUI-Drugs and ultimately processed at the Sandwich Police Department. He was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois. This case is pending further investigation.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
