On 05/11/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 700-block of S. County Line Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Tyler J. Moss, 28-year-old of Big Rock, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Moss was issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended and a citation for Class A Misdemeanor Speed (35 mph or more over posted speed limit). Moss was released with a Notice to Appear at a future Dekalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
