On 02/03/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sandy Bluff Rd. and Lions Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered the driver, Joseph E. Tholl, 39 years old of Sandwich, possessed two warrants. The first warrant was out of DuPage County for failure to appear on a charge of Driving While License Suspended. The second warrant was out of LaSalle County for failure to appear on a charge of Unlawful Deliver of a Controlled Substance. The LaSalle County warrant had “no bond” which resulted in Tholl being taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
