On 02/01/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of W. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Cody Worth, 28 years old of Somonauk. Illinois, was under the influence. Worth was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Worth was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
