On 05/15/25 Officers made contact with Evelyn Millan, 24 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, in the 300-block of Wilshire Dr, Sandwich. Millan possessed a valid original warrant out of DeKalb County for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver stemming from an ongoing Sandwich Police Department investigation. Millan was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
