On 10/04/25 Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 3300 block of E. Drew Ave, Sandwich. While on scene it was discovered that one of the parties involved, James Helling Jr, 41 year old of Sheridan, Illinois possessed a valid warrant out of LaSalle County for Failing to Appear on a charge of Violation of an Order of Protection. Helling Jr. was placed under arrest and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
