On 09/28/25 Officers responded to the 900-blk of E. Church St. Sandwich. to check on a subject who was reportedly driving under the influence. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Kyle George, 32 years old of Yorkville, Illinois, was under the influence. George was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. George was charged with Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (Felony), Driving While License Revoked, Resisting a Peace Officer, Obstructing Identification, and Disorder Conduct. George was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
