On 10/12/25 Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 100 block of Clark St, Sandwich. While on scene Officers were informed that one of the parties involved, Sarah M. Kubisak, 33 year old of Sandwich, Illinois had threated someone with a knife. Kubisak was located in 0-99 block of E. Railroad St. and subsequently taken into custody. Kubisak was charged with Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer, Resisting a Peace Officer, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Criminal Damage to State Supported Property, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Kubisak was later released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
