On 09/27/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Griswold Springs Rd. and Duvick Ave, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Lizzette Perez-Diaz, 19-year-old of Plano, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Perez-Diaz was issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
