On 09/14/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. Main St and Water St, Sandwich, Illinois. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Angel Fiscal-Chalanda, 53 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. Fiscal-Chalanda was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. He was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
