On 03/16/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 900-block of E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Jeremiah L. Mussman, 42-year-old of Somonauk, Illinois, was under the influence. Mussman was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Mussman was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over .08 and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
