On 11/13/23 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop on a non-highway vehicle in the 900-block of N. Wolfe St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, a 15 year old male juvenile of Sandwich, Illinois, was operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license. The juvenile was cited on scene with No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
