On 04/15/26 Officers responded to the 400-block of E. Hall St, Sandwich, for a domestic disturbance. Upon further investigation it was found that a 14 year old juvenile battered a family member. The juvenile was placed under arrest and later released to a family member. Domestic Battery charges have been referred to the DeKalb County State’s Attorney’s Office Juvenile Division.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
