On 06/07/25 Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1000-block of N. Latham St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation Officers determined a battery had taken place between family members. James Brody Jr. was placed under arrest for Domestic Battery and transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
