On 04/11/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of N. Latham St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Michael S. Schmidt, 45-year-old of Yorkville, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Schmidt was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
