On 10/19/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of W. Church St. and S. West St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Jordan C. Beane, 23 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. Beane was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Beane was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over .08 and released with a Notice to a Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
