On 04/13/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. Church St. and S. Latham St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Angelica J. Rodriguez, 33-year-old of Aurora, Illinois, was under the influence. Rodriguez was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Rodriguez was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
