On 10/14/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Latham St and E 6th St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver, Randel S. Perkins, 47 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Perkins was issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
