On 09/24/25 Officers made contact with Brittney Kirk, 38-year-old of Sandwich, Illinois in the 1200-block of E. 6th St, Sandwich. Kirk possessed a valid warrant out of DeKalb County for failure to appear on a charge of Domestic Battery. Kirk was taken into custody, processed, and released after positing bond. Kirk was issued a future court date at the DeKalb County Courthouse in Sycamore, Illinois.
