On 09/28/24 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. Hall St and Wilshire Dr, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Benjamin Toto, 18 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, was under the influence. Toto was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Toto was charged with two counts of Driving Under the Influence and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
