On 09/12/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 100-block of Indian Springs Drive, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Aidan Mitchell, 19 years old of Somonauk, Illinois, was under the influence. Mitchell was placed under arrest and cited for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. He was later released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
