On 01/30/24 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. County Line Rd and E. 2750th Rd, Sandwich. After further investigation it was determined that the driver, Abel Cervantes, 40 years old of Overland, Missouri, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Cervantes was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and issued a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
