On 02/07/24 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Millhurst Rd. and Millington Rd, Sandwich. After further investigation it was determined that the driver, Manuel Silva, 46 years old of Leland, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Silva was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and issued a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
