On 03/20/24 Officers made contact with Michael W. Waszak, 22 years old of Freeport, Illinois, in the Sandwich Police Department lobby. Waszak possessed a valid warrant out of DeKalb County for Failing to Appear on a Criminal Damage to Property charge. Waszak was unable to post bond and was transported to the DeKalb County in Sycamore, Illinois for housing.
