On 04/25/15 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. Church St and Sandy Bluff Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver, Ulises Nieves, 19 years old of Chicago, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Nieves was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
