On 02/10/24 Sandwich Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 100-block of Indian Springs Dr, Sandwich. After further investigation it was determined that the driver, Simon Anicua, 48 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. It was also discovered that Anicua possessed two (2) warrants – 1) Failure to Appear for Domestic Battery out of Kane County and 2) Failure to Appear for Driving While License Suspended out of Kendall County. Anicua was cited for Driving While License Suspended and issued a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois. Anicua posted bond on both FTA warrants and was issued future court dates in St. Charles, Illinois and Yorkville, Illinois respectively.
