On 09/06/26 Officers conducted responded to the 3300 block of E. Drew Ave. for a report of a Domestic Disturbance. Upon further investigation it was determined that Nico C. Circelli, 27 years old of Plainfield, Illinois, had prevented the other party from dialing 911 by taken their phone away. Circelli was placed under arrest for Unlawful Interference with Reporting of Domestic Violence. Circelli was transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing and later transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
