On 09/07/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. Church St. / S. Latham St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Marissa James, 24 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. James was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
