On 09/03/26 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Jordan R. Weeks, 35 years old of Yorkville, Illinois, was under the influence. Weeks was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Weeks was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and charged with Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. Weeks was released with a Notice to Appear at a future LaSalle County court date in Ottawa, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
