On 11/23/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. County Line Rd. and Lorraine Dr, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was suspected that the driver, Joshua Estes, 43 years old of Joliet, Illinois, was under the influence. Estes was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. Estes was cited for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and released with a Notice to Appear at a DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
