On 10/10/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of N. Latham St. and Taylor St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Sean A. Bugger, 37 years old of Shabbona, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Dugger was cited for No Valid Drivers License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
