On 12/18/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sandy Bluff Rd and E. Church St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Anderson Rosario-Gonzalez, 42 years old of Indianapolis, Indiana, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Rosario-Gonzalez was cited for Driving While License Suspended and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
