On 01/08/25 Officers made contact with Elier Valdiviezo, 33 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, in the 700-block of Suzanne Dr. It was found that Valdiviezo possessed multiple warrants for his arrest
- Failure to Appear for Retail Theft (Kendall County)
- Original Warrant for a Probation Violation (Kane County)
Valdiviezo was placed under arrest and ultimately transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
