On 05/26/25 Officers conducted an investigation of a Domestic Disturbance in the 400-block of E. Hall St, Sandwich. It was concluded that a domestic battery took place. Joseph Flores Jr, 30 years old of Montgomery, Illinois, was placed under arrest and charged with 2 counts of Domestic Battery and 1 count of Interference of Reporting Domestic Violence. Flores Jr was transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois to await a hearing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
