On 09/01/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sandy Bluff Rd. and Lions Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the driver, Edgar Pichardo, 27 years old of Joliet, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Pichardo was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future Kendall County court date in Yorkville, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
