On 09/01/25 Officers responded to the 800-block of E. Railroad St, Sandwich, for a domestic disturbance. Upon further investigation it was determined that a battery occurred between family members. Jessica Underhile, 24 years old of Leland, Illinois, was placed under arrest and transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore, Illinois. Underhile was charged with two (2) counts of Domestic Battery.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
