On 01/01/25 Officers made contact with Jeffrey Roe, 37 years old of Sandwich, Illinois in the area of E. Railroad St. and Randolph St, Sandwich. After further investigation it was determined that Roe possessed a valid warrant out of Lee County, Illinois on a Contempt of Court charge. Roe was placed under arrest and transported to the Sandwich Police Department for processing. After processing Roe was released with a future Lee County court date in Dixon, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
