On 09/02/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Elm St. and Mcquown St. Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Roberta J. Wycoff, 56-year-old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Wycoff also possessed a valid warrant out of Kendall County for failure to appear on a charge of Driving While License Suspended. Wycoff was issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois. Wycoff was taken into custody for the warrant and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville, Illinois for housing.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
