On 08/27/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of N. Castle St. and W. 3rd St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Fernanda Ramirez, 20 years old of Plano, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Ramirez was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
