On 01/08/25 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. Wells St and Lions Rd, Sandwich. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Isreal Torres, 29 years old of Sandwich, Illinois, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Torres was cited for Driving While License Suspended and Unlawful Concealment of Registration and released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
