On 10/26/25 Officers responded to a call for service in the 1100-block of E. Railroad St, Sandwich. Upon further investigation Daniel Sponholtz, 36 years old of Plano, Illinois, was charged with Trespass to Property. Sponholtz was released with a Notice to Appear at a future DeKalb County court date in Sycamore, Illinois.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
